Parents and teens,

CONFIRMATION DATE: Saturday​ May 16th, 2026

TIME: 11:00 am 

LOCATION:   Holy Redeemer Catholic Church 2411 Montrose Ave. Montrose Ca. 91020

*TEENS AND SPONSORS: Please arrive an hour beforehand (10:00 am) inside HEALY HALL for our team to check you in and hand you necessary items for the Mass.
 
PARENTS arrive early as well to find a spot to sit.

PARENTS: YOU MUST FILL THIS FORM OUT BY TUESDAY MAY 12th, 2026
*this is an Archdiocesan form that parents must fill out and submit before your teens confirmation.

DRESS CODE: 
As a general rule: Dress as though you were being interviewed for a really great job. Please keep your attire church appropriate and respectful. We rarely have an issue of someone disregarding the dress code. If they do, we will ask them to go home and change

BOYS:

• Dress pants
• Dress shoes (no sneakers)
• Short sleeve polo (tucked in)
• Long sleeve/ short sleeved button up shirt (tucked in)
• A tie (if you’d like)

GIRLS:

• Shoulder covered dress (no more than 2 inches above the knee + no plunging necklines) 
• Pant suit with blouse 
• Nice flats or sandals (We will be on uneven ground so heels or platforms could be a gamble)

PICTURES:

• There will be a photo opportunity at the end of Mass on the steps of the Church Sanctuary with the Bishop, Fr. Oiln, and Fr. Mike
